ORDERS
I received a defective product through my online order, can I return it?
Vivipharma is constantly striving to offer safe and quality products. However, it may happen that some parts have some anomalies. If the product you received has defects, please feel free to contact us immediately by email at assistenza@vivipharma.com,, specifying the part number found on the invoice, the type of defect found and attaching a photo showing the issue if possible.
The product I received is different from what I ordered. What should I do?
If there has been an error, please give prompt notice by e-mail to assistenza@vivipharma.com, specifying the order number, the desired product, the product actually received and attaching a photo if possible.
I wish to return one or more products from my order, what should I do?
You must send notification by e-mail within 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of your order. Vivipharma will proceed to refund the amount by re-credit within a maximum of 30 days from the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Remember that in order to make the return, it is necessary that the products are shipped in their original packaging, accompanied by the bill that you will request by email to assistenza@vivipharma.com, duly completed.
How can I cancel an order that has already been placed?
From the moment you place your order and receive the confirmation email you have 30 minutes to report and request a change of billing/shipping address or order cancellation. After this time, the order will no longer be changeable or cancellable.
Is there a minimum online purchase amount?
No, there is no minimum purchase amount required.
SHIPPING
I would like to receive product samples at home. Is this possible?
Yes, with each order placed you will receive free samples of the Vivipharma line.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for Italy is €4.90, free of charge above €39 spent.
In how many days will I receive my order and how can I track the shipment?
Your order will be entrusted to GLS courier within 2 working days from the date of your order. At that time we will email you the information to track your shipment.
When will deliveries be made?
Order deliveries will be made Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
What happens if I am not present on the day of delivery?
In that case, you will be notified by the GLS courier company who will give you information on how to proceed with picking up your order.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?

Is it possible to ship abroad?
Yes, it is possible to ship abroad.
In Europe the shipping cost is 19.90€, 9.90 above 200€. Waiting time 4/8 days.
In the rest of the world the shipping cost is 50€, 35€ above 200€. Waiting time 5/15 days.

In what way can I make payment?
The most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued by banking institutions on Italian territory are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payment through PayPal is accepted.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes cash on delivery is provided for orders from Italy at a cost of €2.00.
